3. Booking & Deposit
Once you've chosen your travel plan, pay a deposit to secure your dates. We'll finalize the schedule and reserve your spot.
4. Client Portal Access
Gain access to our secure client portal where you can view all transport details, manage documents, and track your booking status.
5. 48-Hour Confirmation
Two days prior to delivery, you'll receive a confirmation notice and a final review of all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth trip.
6. En Route Updates
We'll notify you when your courier is en route. Throughout the journey, you'll receive live updates, videos, and photos every 3-4 hours for ground transports and at every layover for flights.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Once the courier arrives at the destination, we provide a confirmation of delivery photo to complete the journey safely.
